Legionellen im Brauchwarmwasser

mit einer Frischwasserstation kein Problem!

Um die Entstehung und Vermehrung von Legionellen im Brauchwarmwasser zu verhindern, muss das gesamte Boilervolumen eines Brauchwarmwasserspeichers mit einem Inhalt von über 400L mindstens einmal wöchentlich (besser täglich) auf 60°C erhitzt werden. Dies ist bei bewölkten bis schlechtem Wetter sowie in der Übergangszeit und im Winter mit einem konventionellen Solarsystem nicht zu gewährleisten! Deshalb muss zusätzliche Hydraulik und Regelungstechnik installiert werden um dieser Forderung gemäß DIN DVGW gerecht zu werden.

Deshalb wird die Brauchwarmwasserbereitung über Solaranlagen mit einer Frischwasserstation optimiert. Die Speicherung von Brauchwarmwasser wird vermieden. Die zur Brauchwarmwassererwärmung benötigte Wärmemenge wird in einem mit Heizungswasser gefüllten Pufferspeicher vorgenommen.

Der Warmwasserbedarf wird „Just in Time“ über das Heizungswasser aus dem Puffer über einem Hochleistungs-Plattenwärmetauscher im Durchlauferhitzerverfahren gewährleistet.

Die benötigte Warmwassertemperatur ist einstellbar, die Legionellenbildung bzw. -vermehrung unterbunden und eine Verkalkung des Speichers ausgeschlossen, selbst wenn im Sommerbetrieb die Solaranlage das Pufferspeichervolumen auf 90° C und mehr aufheizen sollte.

Nebeneffekt ist, dass die solarthermische Warmwasserbereitung gleichzeitig der Heizungsunterstützung dient, insbesondere bei niedrigeren Heizungs-Vorlauftemperaturen (z. B. Fussboden- und Wandheizung) zu erheblichen Einsparungen führt, auch wenn es Mal weniger sonnig ist.
